Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final and payments are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or shortened playing time.

If the court is deemed unplayable due to adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe court conditions), guests may rebook their reservation to another available date or time slot.

Rebooking must be coordinated with management and is subject to court availability.

No cash refunds will be provided for weather-related or power outage disruptions.
