Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with TWC Pickleball Court, located at Purok Carrots 3, Dapdap Catarman, Liloan, Cebu, Liloan, Cebu, Philippines. All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP). By booking, you agree to the waiver, the cancellation policy and the court rules below.
1. Waiver
Play at your own risk.
Players are responsible for their personal safety and belongings while using the facility.
Players and guests must comply with court staff safety instructions and facility rules at all times.
The venue is not liable for injuries sustained during play, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation policy
All bookings are final and payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or shortened playing time.
Weather & power outage policy
If the court is deemed unplayable due to adverse weather conditions (such as heavy rain, flooding, or unsafe court conditions), guests may rebook their reservation to another available date or time slot.
Rebooking must be coordinated with management and is subject to court availability.
No cash refunds will be provided for weather-related or power outage disruptions.

3. Court Rules
PROPER SPORTS ATTIRE REQUIRED
Wear appropriate court shoes. No slippers, sandals or bare feet inside the court.
KEEP THE COURT DRY & CLEAR
Do not play on a wet or slippery court. Keep bags, bottles, chairs and other objects outside the playing area.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS IS ALLOWED
Except alcoholic beverages.
NO GLASS OR SHARP OBJECTS
No glass bottles, drinking glasses, or any object that may break or create sharp edges inside the facility. Use secure, non-breakable containers only.
NO PETS ALLOWED
No pets are allowed inside the facility.
RESPECT THE FACILITY & EQUIPMENT
Do not damage nets, fences, lights, benches or other court property.
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

FOLLOW COURT STAFF INSTRUCTIONS
Players and guests must comply with safety instructions and facility rules at all times.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Selected alcoholic drinks may be purchased inside the facility only, for controlled intake purposes.
CLEAN YOUR AREA AS YOU GO
Dispose of your trash properly, clean as you go, and help keep our courts clean for everyone.
